Ordering and Delivery

Ordering - it couldn't be easier

To place an order please call Cake Angels Monday to Friday between 9am and 9pm and on Saturdays 10am to 2pm on 07818 176761. If for any reason we cannot answer we are probably getting cakes out of the oven or icing a cake, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You are very welcome to email us at infocakeangels.co.uk any time night or day seven days a week and we will reply to you as soon as we can.

You will need to pay the full cost of the cakes and delivery before any cakes can be sent to you. You can pay by either calling with debit/credit card details or by sending a cheque made payable to Cake Angels

The minimum order is 6 cupcakes or 1 traybake. If however you would like to optimise the delivery charge you can order up to 15kg of cakes for a single delivery charge and freeze them for later use, just as long as the cakes are going to one address.

For large orders, weddings, parties or events could you please give us as much notice as possible.

Packaging

Cupcakes are packaged in thermoformed cake boxes, cakes are packed in padded cake boxes tied with raffia whilst traybakes are packaged in a cream card tray wrapped in cellophane and tied with raffia. If you wish to send any of these as a gift we can attach a gift tag for a personal message. All are further packaged in padded outer cardboard boxes for delivery by courier.

Gift Boxes - 12 Cupcakes

For an additional £5 we are pleased to offer you a gift box delivery service. You can order any of our delicious cupcakes for personal gifts or corporate clients. The beautiful gift boxes are pearlised ivory wrapped with raffia ribbon with a gift tag for a personal message. They make a truly wonderful gift and are guaranteed to put a smile on anyone's face.

Delivery

Nationwide deliveries are made using an overnight courier. This means that deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. Unfortunately we cannot get cakes delivered on Mondays or weekends. For Cake Angels to be liable for delivery all parcels must be signed for or at your own liability you can advise us of alternative specific arrangements which we will pass onto the courier, leaving them on the doorstep is not an option! Of course if you live in Herefordshire we can arrange for you to collect direct from Cake Angels.

Cake Angels cannot be held responsible if the cakes have been misrouted or delayed by the courier, however if you chose the before noon option the courier guarantees to redirect the cakes regardless of distance guaranteeing they arrive that day in perfect condition. On the other hand you might like to consider ordering the cakes to be delivered a day early just in case!

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure Cake Angels have the correct delivery address including a postcode, a contact telephone number and an email address so we can advise you when the cakes have been despatched. If you don't, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
